Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Techmavic, we aim to provide high-quality SaaS products, plugins, themes, and other digital tools that help you grow and manage your business effectively. We stand behind our products and want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase.
1. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy on all purchases made through Techmavic.com.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days from the date of your order, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
- You have experienced a genuine technical or functional issue with the product that could not be resolved by our support team.
- You have not violated any terms of service, license agreement, or fair usage policy.
Refunds will not be granted if:
- You changed your mind or no longer need the product.
- You purchased the wrong item by mistake.
- The product was purchased during a promotional or discounted sale (unless defective).
- You are requesting a refund after the 30-day period has passed.
- The product was used extensively, modified, or redistributed.
Refund Process
- Send an email to info@techmavic.com with your order details and reason for requesting a refund.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Yearly Subscription Cancellations
If you are subscribed to a yearly plan of any Techmavic SaaS or digital product:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Techmavic account dashboard.
- After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again for the next cycle.
- Refunds are available only if requested within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.
- After 30 days, no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
3. Lifetime and One-Time Purchases
For lifetime licenses or one-time purchases, refunds are also covered under the 30-day refund policy.
After 30 days, all sales are considered final.
4. Subscription Renewals
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless canceled beforehand.
We will send a reminder email before your renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
